Contract and payment
Is there a contract?
Yes. Every project has a signed PDF contract with scope, price, timeline, ownership and warranty, which you receive before any payment.
How is payment made?
Packages are paid once with no monthly fees. Larger projects have their instalments set in the contract, and nothing is paid before it is signed.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, an official invoice in the establishment's name for every payment.
Ownership
In whose name is the domain registered?
In your organisation's name. We hand you its access details, and you can transfer it to any provider whenever you wish, with no transfer fees.
Can I move the website to another company later?
Yes. You receive a full copy of the website or system and its data on request, with nothing withheld.
Who owns the content and photos?
What you provide stays yours, and what we design for you is handed over in your name under the contract.
Timeline and what we need from you
How long do the packages take?
Delivery within 7 working days of receiving your materials, or your money back in full.
What do you need from me?
The logo if there is one, a description of the services or products, photos, and contact and licence details. We help write the texts.
Do I review the website before launch?
Yes. We show it to you for review before launch, and nothing goes live before your approval.
After handover
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. You receive the dashboard and a user guide, and edit texts, images and products yourself.
What if a defect appears after handover?
The contract sets a period for fixing software defects after handover at no charge; after that, support and development are provided on request.
Do you offer services after launch?
Yes: account and ad campaign management, and website or system development, with a written proposal.
